Sometimes adding a few rooms and/or a deck is all you need to perfect your home. Maybe you want a bonus room, or an extended master suite, or another bedroom/bathroom. We are here to help you and we can assist you in the following areas:
1. Home Evaluation - Let's meet at the home and look over your current floor plan, figure where you want the addition, and talk about the look of the exterior of the home. Sometimes you have to be careful of what type of addition you build, and where you want this connected to your home.
2. Home Addition Design - We have the capabilities to do this in our office. We would create a sample layout and give it to you to make any necessary changes.
3. Home Addition Pricing - We will then work with you and any other subcontractors to make sure we come up with an accurate contract price.
Most people want to stay with the same flow and look of their home while others want something different. Some want a simple room; others want a 3-story home attached to their current home. We can accommodate whatever type of addition you are interested in.
