1. Car Parking and Protection - Of course this is the traditional reason to build a garage.

2. Tool & Storage - Some people have tools and other items that are maybe cluttering their home, yard, or basement. A garage is the perfect place to design a large organized storage area.

3. Office - Many people make an office out of their garage. There are garages that have been split into 4 separate rooms and used for business.
 
4. Hobby Shop - We have seen people turn garages into art studios, craft centers, sewing rooms, etc.

5. Club House - Some people build garages to have a place to hang out with their friends, a game room for the kids, a party room and more.
 
6. Bonus Room or Apartment - This is sometimes done on the main level, but we have had many clients choose to have a bonus room on top of their garage. Garages are very flexible, as you can see. We can complete the whole garage project or we can do whatever phases you want. If you want it dried-in and you complete the rest, that is completely up to you. If you want the bottom level finished and the top unfinished, we can do it.
