With home sales being a lot harder than last year at this time, General Contractor Darryl Silwedel of E.H. Liles has decided to go in the spec rental direction. While many Builders and Realtors are suffering due to the market, some Builders such as Charlie and Roy of Patmo LLC are thriving with all of their Asheville rentals slammed full. Real Estate has many different directions and opportunities available for almost every situation you can think of. We are still needed! Opportunities somehow appear for a lot of us when we are backed into a corner. Great 2008!
Dear Administration,

Okay... so we made it to 2008! I know that half of us will be writing and typing 2007 for the next 6 months, but we will get used to it eventually... probably just in time for 2009 to arrive. For some of us 2007 went by pretty fast and we wonder what happened to the time. Others have had a long hard year and hope for better in 2008. We wish everyone a great year with a lot of business success. To me, Asheville is like a child that has so much potential and has a lot of good growing up to do. This is where we come in. We are here to help and mold Asheville into one of the greatest cities in America. Asheville is already on the map and I even think Google knows we are here, so lets take it to the next level. "For Asheville, By Asheville" was brought up in a business meeting the other day and it caught our attention. Then I went and took a look at some of your websites, and they are very complimentary of Asheville. Of course this is our business hub, so we are a little partial... but so what! If we did not think Asheville was awesome, we would definitely not encourage other people to move here. When we invite people from all over the country to move here, buy a home here, start a business here, etc... we are not doing it just to get a sale. We really believe in this City and it's future. Let us make 2008 a Great Year with little regrets!
