1. You have certain clients that are simply looking for land. You goal is to find them that piece of property to build a home on, develop, or make into a private estate. This is where we come in. As the land sale is progressing, you would connect them with us to build that home of their dreams and we would pay you a commission according to how big the home is. For example: if they build a 3000 square foot home with us, you would receive a $3,000.00 referral fee from us. If they build a 5000 square foot home with us, you would receive a $5,000.00 referral. This referral fee would come directly out of our profits and it would not be something that was added as extra to the client’s price.

2. You will also have clients that cannot find that perfect home no matter how many homes you show them or how hard you try. You next step could be to ask them the question “have you considered buying a piece of property and having a custom home built?” This could be the final sale question that will determine if you are going to at least sell them a piece of property and get a referral fee from us, or lose the sale all together. If they are interested in this option, we can work together on this deal immediately to begin the process.

3.  Lastly, you will have contacts and people that already have a piece of property and are simply looking for a Home Builder. They already have their property and somebody to build their dream home is all they are looking for. Send them to us and we will work with them, and pay you your referral fee once the sale is made.
