The definition of remodel is “to make over”. Some of your homes may be in bad shape and need a complete Major Remodel. Others simply want to create a “new” look. The desired new look is sometimes because the interior or exterior is outdated according to your taste or your home may not exactly “fit in” in your neighborhood. Whatever the case, we can assist you in the following areas:
1. Home Evaluation - this is where we set up an appointment with you, look over your home and come up with a “Scope of Work”. This allows us to specify and price the certain phases of the Remodeling job. We will also discuss how much you want to spend on the project.
2. Home Remodel Design - a good example of this is a home just being finished in the Kenilworth area where the complete home interior (walls and everything) was removed and a new floor plan was designed according to the client's layout.
3. Home Remodel Pricing - We would come up with a figure on how much this project will cost. At this point we would discuss the time-line of the project and payment details.
